Arjessa tarvitaan aina niitä reseptejä, joiden avulla ruoka syntyy hetkessä. Tämä on aina ollut ja on edelleen erittäin keskeinen resepti lapsuudenkodissani ja se maistuu myös omille lapsilleni. Tämä ei vaadi yhtään pilkkomista tai esivalmisteluja. Ei tällä ehkä tuoreuspalkintoa voiteta, mutta ei kai aina tarvitsekaan:) Yksi iso plussa on myös se, että tämä on "kaiketonta", eli sopii myös meidän maito-, muna-, vehnäallergiselle.
Tätä voi tuunata mielensä mukaan ihan loputtomiin, mutta esittelen nyt reseptin rungon. Tällä kertaa lisäsin sipulia ja maissia. Vihreää paprikaakin olisin laittanut, jos olisin löytänyt. Usein teen kuitenkin ihan vaan perusohjeen mukaan.
Chili (4-6 annosta)
400g jauhelihaa
1tlk tomaattimurskaa
1tlk valkoisia papuja tomaattikastikkeessa
1tlk kidneypapuja
lihaliemikuutio
chilijauhetta
Paista jauheliha pannulla kypsäksi. Lisää joukkoon tomaattimurska, pavut ja lihaliemikuutio ja mausta chilijauheella. Anna hautua kannen alla 5 minuuttia. Tarjoile esim. raejuuston ja raksujen kanssa. Voilà !
There's always need for those recipes that come together in less than 10 minutes. This is an important recipe from my childhood home that Mom still serves every now and then and I make it for my own children. This dish doesn't require any chopping or meal prep. You won't win any fresh produce trophy with this one but hey, it's good food! One big plus is that this is suitable for our youngest regardless of the many allergies (milk, egg, wheat..) he has.
There are endless ways to modify this recipe. This time I added some onion and corn and would've added green pepper had I found one. But usually I just follow the original recipe.
Chili (4-6 servings)
400g ground beef
1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
1 can (400g) white beans in tomato sauce
1 can (400g) kidney beans
1 beef stock cube
chili powder
Cook the ground beef on a pan and add the crushed tomatoes, beans and beef stock cube. Season with chili powder. Serve with for example cottage cheese and party snack mix. Voilà !
